After graduating from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1985, I was employed by a highly regarded technology firm for about six years. In 1992, I was approached by representatives of a powerful, yet low-profile scientific firm that originally approached me under an unassuming corporate name, which through the course of my direct dealings, also went by two or three other names/identities. The company offered me an opportunity to go through their introductory training program. The impressive pay and opportunity to travel internationally and conduct scientific research was too impressive an offer to ignore and I entered the introductory training. After signing a stack of agreements and audio recording a testimonial agreeing to the terms of the training program, I was entered into the introductory training program.
I met several other candidates at a designated location and we were all transported to an office building where we proceeded with our daily training. While in the organization, I had many instructors/lecturers and in one case, I would later recognize two of these professionals/operatives and consequently connect their involvement with the overt variation of the group, “O.S.I.R”..
After nine months of training, I was taken aside and advised that I did not meet their requirements and would be discontinuing my training program. I was never given a reason why they originally chose me as a potential recruit, nor an explanation why my training was terminated. However, I was given an intense debriefing and strongly urged (passively threatened) not to discuss my experiences or interactions with the organization.
Amazingly enough, the organization was somehow able to arrange a new job position for me at a highly respected technology company that was better then my previous job before I was approached by O.S.I.R.. All contact information that I was specially given to communicate with training supervisors in order to participate in the training program was terminated.
Some time later, after watching several news stories covered by TV network news (NBC and BBC) and again on a segment of “20/20”, I recognized two of the organization’s veteran operatives who had lectured to my training class as Christopher Chacon and Alan Henderson. These TV news stories featured these operatives as experts/authorities who specialize in the scientific investigation of anomalous (paranormal, supernatural, metaphysical, etc.) phenomena and representatives of an elite scientific organization by the name of, “The Office of Scientific Investigation and Research (O.S.I.R.)”. This revealed to me the organization’s current alias/cover and additionally brought me to conduct discreet ongoing research in an attempt to try and ascertain the organization’s agenda for going overt. There was no question in my mind that the O.S.I.R. being publicly acknowledged was in fact the same clandestine organization that I personally encountered. In addition to the connection between the scientific organization and Mr. Chacon and Mr. Henderson, the interminable funding and access to state-of-the-art technology and scientific professionals that O.S.I.R. posessed, I also discovered several facts that confirmed without any doubt, that the secrect scientific organization that I was recruited by was indeed also known as the O.S.I.R.. What fueled my curiosity even further was the agenda of the organization in making itself temporarily overt.
I painstakingly struggled for several years on whether I should breach my agreements of nondisclosure and secrecy and share my personal experiences and direct encounters with this “shadow” organization. While there is no question in my mind about the potential wrath of such an omnipotent organization, it wasn’t until I encountered several others, both professionals who worked alongside the group on some operations/research and subjects/witnesses who were part of an investigation, who cautiously and secretly confirmed that the organization had indeed completely re-immersed “underground” and back into a wholly clandestine entity, that I decided to create this website. The mysterious disappearance of O.S.I.R., coupled with the tragic death of someone dear to me, inspired me to take this radical and what many are saying, dangerous/death-wish-like step. However, make no mistake, I created this website conflicted with trepidation and fear, as well as relief, as I share with the public an experience that I am quite certain others have had, but have kept secret out of fear of unimaginable consequences. And if for any reason, this site and/or myself should one day suddenly and mysteriously disappear, I think it will be obvious who is responsible. Although I do not feel that the organization will care about the fact that I created this site, am acknowledging the existence of them or disclosing the little information about them that I am sharing. Quite frankly, I have no doubt they have bigger “issues” to deal with then my breach of secrecy.
Before my encounter with O.S.I.R., I, like many well-informed people, were familiar with the stories surrounding “black program” projects. Every super-power has their own version of “black programs”, as does the United Nations Security Council. However, I never could have imagined that such an all-powerful international organization like O.S.I.R. could actually exist, until I was selected to glance behind the ultra-top secret clandestine curtain.
There is no doubt in my mind that there has never been, is not presently and will never be any group, organization, individual or research that will ever be able to compare to the investigations and research conducted by the O.S.I.R. Their omnipotent power and unlimited resources is akin to redirecting the entire agenda and directive of the National Security Agency toward paranormal and anomalous phenomena. |
